On MILLION-EFFECTS.com you can complete your purchase either as a GUEST or a REGISTERED customer. Registering is very easy. We will only ask you for the information we need to speed up the purchase process.


Your order information will always be available to you through the link your account if you are a registered client or through the link we send you in your confirmation email if you are a guest customer.


You can see the contents of your purchase in your basket, request a gift receipt and change or delete the number of items in your order.


Please remember that MILLION-EFFECTS.com does not guarantee that items you save in your basket will remain in stock. Therefore, if one of them sells out, you will be able to see that information in that section.


After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details.


Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation.


When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement.

We reserve the right to refuse an order.

Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:


• The product ordered being unavailable from stock

• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment


If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.

Please note that processing time (1-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).


After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information and details will then be sent to your email address we have on file about 2 business days later.


Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 3 hours as your order might have already been processed.

The Online Store contains a large number of products.

It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the Online Store may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order.


We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres.


In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder / Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office / Different designers / warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices).


If this happens, we’ll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.


Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of your order.



We have a 7-day return policy.

Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returned merchandise has to be unharmed, therefore exactly as new – with original packaging. Copy of the receipt and return form have to be added as supplement documents in the return package and have to arrive to our headquarters within 14 days.

*If you are returning from outside of the Slovenia, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
